我們創立於西元1990年,生產牛蒡茶至今已有三十餘年,早期與台灣農會產銷班合作生產行銷,至今與農民和合作農場契作配合,採購新鮮的牛蒡將其製成天然的加工品,從陽光曝曬到高溫烘培,從農田採收到成品包裝,所有製程都嚴謹把關,並堅持提供最好的品質與服務,且藉由SGS國際食品檢驗認證,希望能讓每根牛蒡都能成為最珍貴、最有價值的產物,也讓每根牛蒡的品質更有保障,讓消費者能更加安心。
本公司堅持用心與創新的理念,並懷著感恩的心,期望在未來能夠創造更優質的牛蒡茶系列產品,讓牛蒡能發揮其最有用且更高的營養價值,來回饋社會。本公司的牛蒡茶採用日本"川"原生品種,其味香濃,沖泡性佳,黑皮的外觀使其富含的多酚物質優越於其他品種。而牛蒡又名為大力蔘,屬菊科二年生草本植物,因其根似人蔘,且從1970年起由日本引進台灣培育,所以牛蒡也有"東洋蔘"的美名。
Gao Da Food Co., Ltd. are established in 1990. We are based in tainan city and specialize in supplying food products to other restaurants and food ingredients companies.
Our most popular product is burdock tea. We have contracts with farmers. They supply us fresh burdocks.
We will clean and select it first, then slice for sun exposure and drying. after that, we packing finished products.
牛蒡茶沖泡飲用方式 Brewing method
1.取10公克牛蒡乾片加入500毫升的熱開水沖泡約3~5分鐘即可飲用 (可回沖數次)。
2.可與紅棗、枸杞、龍眼乾等藥材一同烹煮飲用。
3.本產品也能作為料理食材,可與素肉或排骨等食材一同料理煲湯,讓牛蒡結合飲食效果更佳。
The brewing method is easy. We could put some hot water into the dry burdocks to make burdock tea. It's about 10g of dry burdocks per 500ml of hot water. The ratio is about 1:50 But it also depends on our taste.
If you are a vegetarian, you can put some tofu and vegetables with dry burdocks to make a soup.
But jf you are not a vegetarian, you can also put some chicken or pork chops with dry burdocks to make another soup.
